You can't get any closer to the beach than this!The beach is only one minute walk from the home. Located in the center of Poipu Beach Park, this home has been remodeled from top to bottom featuring luxury features including AC in the living area and all bedrooms, a large ocean view balcony, modern kitchen with island and stainless steel appliances. This is just one unit to the right of the entry stairs. This is NOT the entire home. This is a shared property.
This home features 3 separate bedrooms, 2 sofa beds in the living room and three full bathrooms with modern tile showers and luxury fixtures. Unit is complete with a washer and dryer. The unit is fully stocked with everything to cook a gourmet meal and all the beach gear you will ever need.You are right next door to Brenneckes Restaurant and Deli and across the street from Poipu Beach Park known for its snorkeling and turtles. This is the best ocean front location in all of Poipu! Sleeps up to 9 guests. Newly installed outdoor jacuzzi to share with other units on the property.

Air Conditioning- Hawaii is known for its trade winds. Many homes on Kauai have been designed for "open airflow" using screened windows and screened sliding doors, and DO NOT have air conditioning. Please be sure and confirm when making your reservation whether the home you have chosen does or does NOT have air conditioning. Depending on the season, or even the day, temperatures typically range between 74 to 84 for the highs, and 60 to 74 for the lows, year-round. Refunds or discounts ARE NOT given for lack of Air Conditioning in a property.
**Please note: There is a $75 Venmo fee for any check-ins arriving after 11pm.
Any bookings longer than 7 days will be charged a $200 mid- cleaning fee. Our staff will come and do a "refresh" during your stay.
